Title: Inventory & KPI Analyst

Reports To: Master Planning Manager

Role:

Support Master Planning Manager and Supply Chain Director in decision preparation in terms of inventory and Supply Chain related KPIs

Establish inventory controlling system

Follow up inventory goals in alignment with management

Propose corrective actions to achieve inventory goals

Establish and maintain inventory reporting tools in alignment with Finance

Follow-up and minimize aged inventories

Establish KPI system for supply chain management

Concentrate and optimize existing KPI reporting structure

Track targets and follow-up on KPI

Maintain SCM Scorecard

Maintain and follow-up on SCM House projects

Run monthly alignment meetings with Finance

Support Master Planning Manager in day-to-day planning issues as requested

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: generate and maintain inventory status reports for raw materials, WIP, FG on a monthly basis.

Proposals for management decisions on inventory.

Generate monthly KPI reports

Maintain SCM Scorecard and SCM House projects

Invite for routine follow-up meetings (KPIs, Projects, Scorecard, Inventory)

Support Master Planning Manager

Relationships:

Reports by solid line to the Master Planning Manager, who provides general business direction; prioritization of work versus business unit objectives; and support for cross-functional issues that may be escalated from time to time.

Works collaboratively with all Planners, Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Representatives and -Managers, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Operations, NPD and Sales and other stakeholders

Skills Required:

Proven experience in Microsoft Office tools, SAP experience helpful

Experience Desired:

2 years experience in industry

Experience Required:

BA or equivalent experience in biz organizations required.

Education Desired:

University Degree, (TU/FH), BA or equivalent

Education Required:

Minimum “Industriekaufmann” and / or BA
